Pre signed contract - friendly , communication was typical, basic. Pest & building/contract stage -not particularly forthcoming or informative . After, nothing. We experienced a TOTAL lack of communication with our concerns and Kris was incredibly unprofessional as an agent selling this property to us. CAUTION TO FUTURE BUYERS.. absolutely stipulate EVERY BASIC DETAIL WOULD EXPECT in your contract. From Switch covers, light bulbs, door handles& locks to be functioning, fly screens to be functioning, lawns & pool to be maintained up till settlement date. Basic cleaning eg thick layers of dust & grime to be cleaned & toilets flushed not with waste in them. Finished & sealed to wall should be included in ‘working rangehood’ ..JUST a few… Settlement date was pushed back by sellars after initial pre settlement inspection . The sellars were prepared to leave their rubbish & offcasts and we had alot of questions that Kris couldn't/wouldnt confirm on site. He told us pumps for tanks were working Absolutely not. We stupidly thought he had a duty of care as the sellars agent to tell the buyers facts. Basically once we voiced our concerns to KRIS , he left without even acknowledging us & drove off. No discussion, nothing. My solicitor got a call while we were still standing on the driveway as he drove off in his tesla. For next settlement date, Pre inspection was denied .. no option to view property or check inside. On pre arrangement of key handover which he insisted, through my solicitor , had to be in his office, he kept me standing for 1&1/2 hours . Walked past on his phone. So if you are thinking of purchasing & Kris happens to be the selling agent, highly recommended you request another agent or engage a buyers advocate. DISCLAIMER, OLD PICS, SHONKY OPERATING STYLE
