Kris and Andy work hard to achieve a good outcome in the current changing market. Heavy traffic to get to our home as much as 4 open inspections in a week and we had as much as 50 groups inspecting our home. If you are buying or selling I would definitely recommend using Uniland as they offer something other agents do not. They do the extra mile but they also look after the buyer as well as the seller.They are fair and at the same time realistic. Their database is huge and they get buyers from outside your local area as well and they even works on Sundays.

I spoke to Kris on the Inspection date and she was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the apartment. After the Inspection Kris also replied back inmediately when we required some extra information.
