I was looking for a down sized property and Trish was helpful . She came at an off Inspection time to allow me to measure sizes for my refrigerator and washing machine. As stated above her sales manner while firm was not over pushy. Also she was able to answer my key questions in a pleasant attitude.

Krish and Courtney came up with the best strategy for us and managed to follow though in such short time. Krish has been very accomodating to our requirement and needs. She managed to meet the goal and deadline for the sale and get us a better sold price than we expected. She also worked fast organising painting done and photography and put the property online on the market. All these done whilst we were away for Easter, then we came back to see offers from buyers. Krish has been excellent and I like how she response quickly to requests.

Krish has been an amazing real estate agent, she's been professional yet friendly, relatable and down to earth in her conduct with us. She's walked us through the entire sales process and ensuring we were satisfied and informed from end to end. Krish also assisted us with contacting the council to seek status updates for our new home which was not within her duties. She kept in constant contact with us every few days and at times daily to ensure we were updated with all the interested parties. She also negotiated discounts for us with the video advertisement and photos and provided suppliers/contacts to assist us with fixing up our home in preparation for the sale. Krish would often give us her personal opinion and made sure our queries or concerns were addressed so we felt really happy throughout the entire campaign. Krish spent time explaining to us each of the interested parties and who she felt would most likely attend on the day. She had a great memory despite the numerous of parties that inspected the property. She worked extra hours and offered private viewings on public holidays to ensure all interested parties had to opportunity to view our property, often working late nights to type up the inspection reports. When there was heavy thunderstorms Krish was so kind to even check on our property because we had already moved to our new home. I couldn't recommend Krish enough, she's incredibly knowledgeable but offers excellent customer service available at any time of the day. Her bubbly personality and sense of humour made the working relationship really enjoyable. We felt we were receiving the royal treatment, it definitely has been a 5 star level of service. We really appreciate everything she has done and wish her all the very best in her career.
