We are just awaiting settlement on a property we finalised with Ray White Blacktown being the agents. Our dealings with Niman and Krishna has been very smooth, they worked with us and vendor/vendor's solicitor at every step of the process to make it a seamless experience for us . Negotiating process was quite smooth, and timely communication in the whole process e2e. Also post agreement they were very accommodating to our requests and worked with us and our solicitors on various requests and clarification. They went out of their way to provide access to property pre-settlement as we requested inspection for various reasons. Overall great to deal with the team, would highly recommend!
