Thanks for your patience for this review. Feeling despondent from weeks of looking for property to buy in the Mt Martha & Mornington area, I was ready to call it a day and take a break. On that day, I happened to be in Main street, Mornington and ready to head back to Blackburn (my residence at the time) when I noticed Stone Real estate agency. I decided to walk in with no real expectation as I pretty much knew the market fairly well at this point. The lovely Kristen assisted me and took the time to listen to my views. She asked some pertinent questions about what my needs were and started to get a real sense of what I was looking for. She threw me a complete curve ball and suggested we look a very cute house in Dromana on their listing and whilst my initial feeling, I was heading further away from Melbourne, I decided to go and take a look. Upon arriving, and only having some distance memories of Dromana as a child when on holiday, Kristen told me the district that had grown and is a visiting tourist highlight for many city dwellers. I did share with Kristen my intention to run a Airbnb from my home, she immediately saw this area to be ideal. I took a look through the house and saw that I was getting a lot more house for my money, compared to the Mornington area. I did not show much enthusiasm at the time and Kristen advised me to return another day and take a look at the surrounding area. I did return and back to the house for a 2nd view and spent some time meeting some locals and store owners. This was a really good suggestion that Kristen gave me. It fast tracked my decision, and the rest is history, I am now a happy resident of the beautiful Dromana. Kristen reached out with professionalism and sensitivity and we built a really good rapport. It is an experience being a buyer ! I had been looking for about 6 weeks for that perfect dream home , so have met many an agent! Considering I was a cash buyer many failed to recognize the sale signs and treated me with little respect and failed to follow me up on the properties I had gone through ( which if I was the seller I would of been very disappointed with) . I walked into this property and was greeted professionally and asked all the qualifying questions. Once I had walked through Kristen questioned my thoughts and feed back, I gave her all the buying signals which she acted on quickly and arranged for a second inspection that afternoon .
