The title doesn't begin to do Kristen credit. Due to some unforeseen issues my recent purchase hit some extremely rocky roads along the way. Some of which may have been cause for genuine concern. But at no time did Kristen drop her flawless customer service standards. Kristen consistently went way above and beyond what is to be expected of a person in her position. Without going into to much detail I generally set very high standards for other professionals in high responsibility sales positions as I am also employed in a similar role. Kristen gets my highest possible praise anyone can receive. Her honesty and compassion to any situation was a constant assurance to both my wife and myself. We have exchanged and are moving in very soon. All this is due only to Kristen's diligence and the constantly evident commitment she has to both her profession and her organisation. Krtisten worked hard to keep me in the loop and to keep the ball rolling. Unfortunately for reasons outside of her control things dragged on significantly. For the most part Kristen kept me well informed of changes to the situation as they occurred, kept the contact up throughout the sale process and in the end secured the sale for me as another party were delaying unreasonably. My only negative would be that it is just unfortunate it didn't occur weeks earlier for all involved.
