Krtisten worked hard to keep me in the loop and to keep the ball rolling. Unfortunately for reasons outside of her control things dragged on significantly. For the most part Kristen kept me well informed of changes to the situation as they occurred, kept the contact up throughout the sale process and in the end secured the sale for me as another party were delaying unreasonably. My only negative would be that it is just unfortunate it didn't occur weeks earlier for all involved.
