I will be honest, as a young twenty something I have absolutely no experience in the art of selling houses so im so glad I had Kristen. She is upfront and completely honest from the get go with what you can get for property. She gave me a full run down of the sales process in a simple and easy to understand way so I knew exactly what was happening when it was happening. I was especially pleased with how well she understood the market and how to advertise the property to appeal to the buyers we needed. We went with a straight forward set price rather than a 'price guide" and offered only private inspections to ensure the inspecting parties were able to get the full experience of the unit complex without being rushed and having complete and uninterrupted views of the incredible roof top area etc. She provided weekly breakdowns of how the property was going and, in the end, achieved a price that was above my expectations. Cannot thank her enough!
