When we decided to place our home on the market we were looking for an agent who would represent us in a way which would respect our wishes and expectations through the journey. We had bought and sold through the this agency previously when it was Chris Peake Real Estate so we had an appreciation of an agency that had a good reputation. We did however go through the process of interviewing a number of agents prior to making the decision to run with Peake Real Estate. Kristin got the job as she clearly displayed her dedication to our feelings and requirements. Essentially Kristen and her team's marketing approach was in zync with our opinions regards the style of our home and its strengths. It was a whole team effort and was not driven by arrogance or ego but rather passion, honesty and commitment. The communicatin lines were always open and we can honestly say that the sale of our home was stress free. That's a big statement but one we can confidently make given we have bought and sold a number of homes over the years.
