We had a very drawn out, long distance and complicated sales process (due to some unfortunate problems, totally outside of anything to do with the Real Estate) that required us to withdraw from sale and then start the process again. Kristian was extremely helpful and really enabled us to get back on the market as soon as possible. It wasn't always possible for us to get back to the Coast but Kristian was happy to go and meet tradesmen, council, etc, if we couldn't be there.
