Overall service was good. Kristian communicates very well. He is always available on mobile. He always returns calls. This is very important as decisions are made very rapidly and we need to be able to contact the sales rep. He was also available to open the property when required. I marked 4 stars for credibility because when I enquired about the internal size of the unit this information was not known. Maybe he left it to me to do the checks but when I checked I got close to 55sqm. When the bank did the valuation it came in at 44sqm which is a big difference bout it was too late as I trusted I was paying the right price for the size of this unit. Regarding negotiation, if I had known the exact size I would have negiotiated better so 3 stars for not getting us a better deal on price of the unit for the size.
