Kristijan was genuine honest and professional throughout the whole process. He was fast responding to questions (often even after hours) and this made things much much easier. He was very patient when I was being very particular about the special conditions on my contract, and very helpful when organising things such as access to the property for pre-settlement inspection. He clearly knows the local market (Sinnamon park area) very very well, and this would have been invaluable for the sellers - I now know that he worked with the sellers even prior to the property being listed for sale to suggest pre-sale modifications. Even as the buyer (and as a usually very sceptical person) I came to trust his advise very early in the transaction because I believed him to be very genuine person. I was correct, because now that the transaction is all done he remains just as genuine and his casually offered advice (ie how much value could be added by rendering, for example) remains just the same!! I would absolutely use Kristijan if I were selling a property, especially if it were in the Sinnamon park/middle park/Westlake area.
