Gave us the right advice for the current market

I want to start with the fact that this market is extremely tough for vendors. Kristian and Alfio squeezed every last dollar out of the available buyers on the day. At on stage I was sure we would pass it in but with some sharp negotiation they managed to draw out an additional $25k. Looking back on the day I wasn't too happy about the price but now I believe we got the best possible price and if we had waited we would have lost substantially.
