Only negative comments are; Under prepared for first home open. Didn't have enough contracts with him. The house photos that went up on the real estate websites weren't edited and didn't present the house too well. Both issues were quickly dealt with at the time although the photos needed our prompting to get rectified. Kristian could improve his eye for detail but he did get the job done with a satisfactory result for us.
Having dealt with another agent I noticed immediately the difference with having Kristian to do business with. The comprehensive approach to the marketing was the signifiant difference. The cordination of writer, cameramen and photographer was very professional and quite time consuming but thoroughly worth it.Kristian had interested parties immediately which indicates his skills in retaining contacts. He was always available and I found him generous with his time and co-operative with decisions regarding meetings and home open timetabling. He was attentive to details and followed up promptly to ensure issues did not escalate into hold ups that would affect settlement. His manner, perenially cheerful and positive, was reassuring when the markets were so difficult.
Kristian was the real estate agent who sold us an investment property in Glendalough, WA. We first met whilst looking at one he was selling in Joondanna. Those properties were great but still didnt totally grab us. Whilst showing us around these town houses Kristian was honest in his replies to my poignant questions which confirmed what I was observing. The observations were particular design characteristics I was looking for that weren't satisfied. He was honest, and admitted that they didnt meet my preferences. He also elaborated on what could or couldn't be done to change that. I then asked what else he was selling. He told us about a house that was just going on the market that day. Admittedly the asking price was a real stretch on our budget. We got a viewing at very short notice. This one was much more appealing and we made an offer. Kristian was very fair and helpful in the negotiations, picking up paperwork from us and dropping it off, enquiring about questions we had with plumbers and builders and the owner. Making sure all our questions were answered and dealings were prompt with the conveyance agent. We are very satisfied with the purchase and in the end we dont feel we over-extended the budget. Especially considering the value.
