I don't know where to start with this review but here goes, from the start of my selling journey with Kristie she was and remained a pleasure to deal with. Kristie answered all my questions and made practical recommendations on how to improve and present my property for sale such as cleaning external walls, minor painting and she recommended the home be styled which I believe helped to achieve the great result. Kristies knowledge of the market was impressive, she was always positive from the start and guided me in deciding on a sale price. Kristie always said she felt I would achieve a better result and she was indeed correct ! After the building report was carried out some necessary repairs were identified, Kristie was able to source tradespeople quickly and the work was completed within a week. The sale price achieved was way beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend Kristie enough and will certainly use her again for my next property sale. Thanks Kristie !
