I must say I was very impressed with Kristie. She quickly understood the inherent value in our property and 'went at it' with real skill, clear local knowledge, and enthusiasm. She did NOT try to drive us to a price to simply achieve a quick sale (and therefore lazy commission), but instead diligently and forensically researched the market to determine a price that reflected our property's true, inherent worth rather than pontificate about general market forces (always very annoying!). This approach allowed 'elbow room' for buyers who properly understood the property to make true value offers. We therefore achieved a fair outcome for both us, and the buyer. Follow up advice (post contract signing) was also responsive, well framed and pertinent, always focussing on achieving a hassle free progression towards settlement. I can't recommend Kristie too highly. Kristie and her father (her teacher for sure!) make a formidable team. Well done!
