Initially we had three Real Estate Companies come through our house for an appraisal as we were unsure of who we would go with. "Test the market", they say. Of all three Kristie was the only one that turned up with a folder of information relevant to the sale of our house, and gave us the best price. Over the course of the Sale, Kristie was open and honest with feedback from prospective buyers with both positives and negatives. In not much time at all She had sold our house very close to her estimates. In reflection I believe that the other two agents were simply after a quick sale with little to no effort involved. Come settlement day Kristie was on hand entertaining both parties until all was finalised.
