We wanted to move to more land and combine work and home. We already had a contract on our suburban sale but we were on the hunt for months and the market is tight and tough with lots of landminds. We were in the situation where we had sold our house within 2 days and looked to buy very quickly. We were very surprised to find Kristie was more than accommodating, we both were working full time hours and Kristie was very helpful in assisting us with our needs. She helped us view the property after hours, helped with every question we threw at her and was extremely patient with us moving from the old property to the new. I have to say it was her attitude towards us and our problems that helped us move forward and to get to where we are now, she made the process easier and transparent and for that we thank her very much for her professionalism and for just being a down to earth person. Just what we needed. We have no problem in recommending her services to anyone. A pleasant surpise.

Kristie worked in very well with us, from the initial inspection to final settlement. There were a few hiccups along the way, not Kristie's doing, and she was always willing to offer advice, and always available if we needed to contact her. A very professional service from a buyers perspective.
