I'm an elder lady I found the process all frightening, I found it very intimidating doing things online, she told me what she could do and she did it. I felt safe with Kristie It was important to me that the tenant be looked after, and Kristie told me that she could sell the property with the tenants still in the property. Kristie was able to follow through on what she said she could do when other agents said they couldn't.
