We got these agents to sell our holiday home and it turned out to be a nightmare. They were deceptive and misleading in leaving out crucial information conveyed to them by the purchaser which governed our decision to sell. We only found out after signing the contract and after all inspections by the purchaser being carried out of the agents deceptiveness and misleading conduct that unfortunately resulted in us paying the price. They were only interested in making a quick sale for their financial gain at our expense not to mention the stress they put us through as a result of their deceptive and misleading actions. They keep blaming the purchaser (no surprise) even though it was them that was in the wrong and purposely chose to leave out crucial information. They were also unprofessional in how the final inspection was carried out lying to our neighbour (who held the keys) in order to gain access to the property without our consent. Beware and do not trust them and would not be recommending them to anybody based on our horrible experience with them.
We bought our home from Ray White Cowes and when we decided to sell we didn't even bother to go to another agent as we trusted them.
