This property was a rental so it was not in the best condition so Kirstin recommended I get some work done on the property such as interior paint, new carpet, downlights, and the back garden was tided up and Aaron recommended I have the grout in the bathrooms cleaned. I was a bit reluctant as the cost was around $12k. The work was coordinated by Kirstin and ran extremely smoothly. The property had a number of people go through it before it was open all had very positive feed back. On the first open inspection I had an offer which was significantly above the maximum asking price and I have no doubt it was a result of Kirstin's suggested updates. Fantastic job guys highly recommended.
