I am writing this review because I would like future sellers to know how helpful Kristina has been during the very difficult sales process of my townhouse. I have been sharing the building with a lady who has been dictating my life over the nine years I have been living there. She did not want us to have a Strata Insurance in place because of fear of 'something'. Therefore we were individually insured and paid insurance for a full house, instead of a townhouse. During the sales process the buyer's lawyer found out that our insurance was illegal and demanded us to take out a strata insurance. This prove to be a very difficult process as my neighbour needed to approve to the transition of the insurance. Kristina showed enormous patience with her and made several attempts to make this possible. At the same time she was bombarded by the buyer. Kristina handled the situation with utmost professionalism and at the same time showed that she was very knowledgeable and enduring. It is because of her persistence and kindness and her ability to negotiate that the sale went through in the end which was a big relief for me after all. I can only recommend to use Kristina's professional service if you are looking to sell your beloved home. With Kristina you are in the best hands you can imagine because she is not only a professional human being but at the same time acts from the space of her heart.

Don't think you need somebody in the area to sell your property as our sale shows hard work and dedication by your agent is the most important thing. After talking to agents who are in the area, we went with Kristina as she was down to earth and gave us no Hype promises. The final sale price was higher than what we were told by other agents and the whole process of selling was made so easy.
