It was a pleasure dealing with Kristy on this purchase. Kristy is caring and attentive to detail, and brings a human touch to the business at hand. She kept us informed, was flexible and easy-going, as well as very professional, and always returned our calls very promptly.

Kristy has the right contacts, the right skill level, the right computer skills and the right people skills - how do we know?? Well she sold our house in three days to the first viewer. To us, she is a bit like a swimming duck - the parts you see are floating calm and serene and yet underneath it all, she’s flat out paddling to get your house sold. We’re very pleased that we chose Kristy to sell our house - we do not think we’d have got the remarkable results that we did without her expertise.

Terrific agent to deal with, she made the whole process seamless, highly recommend!

Kristy has great knowledge of the area and made the whole process super easy.

Kristy was very professional and always kept me up to date with every inquiry about the property I would highly recommend her

Kristy is well aware of the current real estate market and her appraisal met our expectations. She impressed us by acknowledging the value of our house, any particulars which might be important to justify the price of the property. She was always available for questions, and dealt with us and the purchasers in a professional manner, listening to both sides, negotiating.

Kristy was a pleasure to deal with. Our property was quite remote but she was always ready to arrange inspections. Her communications were always reliable and advice when requested was very helpful. We are grateful for her persistence in a difficult market. We would highly recommend Kristy to anyone considering the sale of their property.

We found Kristy to have a keen eye in the detail of how our Property was Marketed. We had never met Kristy beforehand ,during or after listing our property but she certainly made us very inclusive throughout the process. It was like we had always known her as she has a very bubbly personality and ‘can attitude’ which makes you feel at ease. Many Thanks to Kristy and the Team
