So the conundrum is who does a RE Agent work for, the seller (attempting to achieve highest possible sale price) or the buyer (attempting to achieve the lowest possible purchase price)? Lol We recently bought 4552 The Bucketts Way Gloucester NSW and at the end of negotiations were happy with the purchase price. Kristy was very helpful and to that end after we gave our non refundable deposit the activity is basically over. Well i was pleasantly thankful that even after this Kristy was still very responsive and provided much advice and assistance as the process went on.
