I have dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, both as vendor and purchaser. Kristy is an absolute stand out, far and away the best I have ever dealt with. Importantly she gave us a price estimate and then stuck with it. She was on the money and we sold for the estimate she gave us. This was a stressful transaction for me, selling my father's home and personal possessions. Kirsty was amazing, she simply did everything. She arranged and supervised contractors to undertake internal renovations. She personally delivered loads of rubbish to the tip. Kristy sold items for me on Marketplace, raising literally tens of thousands of dollars. Kristy registered and sold a jet ski. Kristy arranged to donate items she did not sell to local charities. In short, Kristy took care of EVERYTHING. Nothing was too much for her. I have no doubt that Kristy will be simply the best real estate agent you ever deal with.
