As I signed up Kristy Resevsky said “I think it will be sold by Christmas” and I had my doubts - but told her I was happy to be proved wrong. Kristy DELIVERED – multiple offers on the first day of inspections, achieving $25,000 above my asking price, with settlement before Christmas – 8 days clear of my flight date! The entire process ran smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. When I signed, and outlined my desire to act quickly, she mapped out a clear coherent time plan of the process of rapidly selling including photography, 3D imaging, advertising, signage, leaflets and she met every date promised with the first inspection arranged in less than 2 weeks. She was professional, punctual and organised at all times. She clearly communicated and involved me in review of all wording and layouts. Phone calls were promptly answered and liaison with buyers was managed smoothly. I had considered selling my property for over a year prior, with several agents, before signing with Kristy, when I explained I had a deadline of early January 2017 where I had an opportunity to travel. Acreages in the area can take 6 to 9 months to sell, often with substantial price reductions. That would have meant I would have had to arrange contractors to maintain the acres of yard, pool, and organise removals remotely – a logistical and costly nightmare.
