4 months after our family has moved into our property we have found out for the first time through the local community that 40m telecommunications tower will be erected directly across the road from our house gravely affecting the aesthetics of the rural nature of the property. We have young children who will be directly exposed to high energy electromagnetic radiation 24 hours a day at half the distance that is legally allowed from a school or nursing home. This development was known to both the owners and people of the local community which our agent is part of. We are devastated as we now have to live in a home that is possibly unsafe for our children or sell our property and lose 10's of thousands of dollars as we would never hide such massive detriment for financial gain. We would have never bought the property if we knew what Kristy and the owners knew about the tower being built furthermore there are people out there that could have bought the property knowing and not caring about the tower proposal instead of waiting for that type of sale we were rushed and pushed into a quick deceptive sale as the owners and Kristy knew the tower was scheduled for construction 3 days after our settlement. We will be telling everybody in our school, business and local communities not to trust Kristy Resevsky and the River Reality team when purchasing a home in the Maitland area.
