Kristy impressed us when we went to look at couple of properties in the Hunter Valley area. We were selling out of their area & asked Kristy to look at our house. The honesty was amazing & Kristy asked us to also have some local agents go through the house & make a decision after we had all the information together. The local agents did not compare to Kristy & River Realty. We chose Kristy & could not be happier with the professionalism, integrity & care taken in all aspects of the build up & sale of our house. The result was $100,000 to $200,000 more than one of the local agents stated we could expect to earn.
