Kristy helped the reviewer buy this property

Proactive!

I looked at over 40 properties in my search to buy a home and being a sales person myself in my career I was astounded at how lacking the majority of agents follow up was with me as a potential purchaser. Kristy was the opposite. She not only engaged with me after each inspection she also listened to the hurdles that I had in my mind in making a purchase and tailored her response to my specific circumstances. I did not feel like I was being 'sold to', instead I received genuinely valuable information and assistance from Kristy which resulted in me having the confidence to purchase the property and I could not be happier. If I was the vendor I would be very happy that Kristy was representing me in the sale of my property and there is no better perspective to come to this conclusion than from being the buyer.
