Kristy came to us after a 12 month failed attempt to sell with another agent. She was professional and understanding, we had great communication throughout the process of open house and negotiation to purchase . Always picked up the phone when called and returned emails promptly . We really felt she was working for us . It was a tough market to sell the house in and although we felt the house was worth more, Kristy was realistic with her valuation and exceeded the price she quoted us .
