Impressed and Friendly
Kristy hosted the open house on a Saturday when we went through the property. She was friendly and able to answer all of my questions regarding conditions favourable to the vendor that we used to help align our offer. Prior to the open house, I had been contacted via several SMS messages noting Contract of Sale availability and pricing information which gave a better insight into the property. I had also been called to uncover any interest in the property which I thought from a client-side was very good. Kristy also worked on a Sunday to visit the vendor and get the deal done which I was impressed with. Thank you Kristy for working in the background and helping us purchase our property in a very timely manner.
