Buying a property is never easy. When we found a property we liked, my wife and I arranged with Krystal to inspect it. We made an appointment and drove the 200km to arrive there and she was there on time, very punctual. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Negotiating a price - was an interesting process but certainly a back and forth one. A deal was eventually struck with some conditions, and a contract was signed by us but the vendor wanted to change part of the deal that we had verbally agreed to. We were ready to walk, but Krystal put in some hard work and helped the property purchase happen. We wanted to re-inspect the property and again Krystal arranged the time and was punctual. We were never rushed. The sale process and the next steps were explained clearly and we have been happy property buyers. A big thankyou to Krystal. 🍻
Krystal knows the area really well. She met us on time and worked in with our schedules.
