Krystal is very knowledgeable about her job. It wasn't until the truck had left with my furniture, that we discovered Settlement had been delayed due to unforseen circumstances beyond mine and Krystal's control. Krystal organised a storage shed and stayed at the Storage Shed whilst the Removalists unloaded in the rain and the dark with no lights till 9pm. Thank you Krystal. Plus found another Removalists to move my furniture from the Storage Shed to my new home. And also tried to find 2 night's accommodation for me, the dog, cat and fish.
