Krysten Madden

Krysten is polite and professional. As a senior in a predominantly technological world, it was good to have an intuitive agent who was able to communicate in a clear and friendly way. Krysten was always available to answer questions and update me on the sale process.

From the very first, Krysten struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth, approaching every interaction with real empathy and care, so that the process of selling did not feel overwhelming. She had a great eye for the property’s best features and knew exactly how to present them, resulting in a marketing campaign that truly did it justice. I was guided though the options of how we would market my home and when it came to considering offers I found her to be an excellent negotiator. Beyond her skills as an agent, she’s simply a lovely person to work with — and that made all the difference.

We have just purchased a property through Krysten at Harcourts in Childers. The whole process was a great experience and went smoothly. The initial contact was great, as Krysten had lots of local knowledge of the area in which we bought.. I would definetly recommend to either buy or sell with Krysten and Harcourts Ignite. Thanks. Krysten set the gold standard for excellence, combining deep market expertise with unwavering dedication, making every step of the journey seamless, confident, and genuinely enjoyable. Her knowledge skills were outstanding, communication with her was above and beyond and willing to answer each and every question to the best of her ability, she made both my partner and I feel comfortable with buying her first home especially for our family, we highly recommend going through Krysten, we couldn’t have done this without her.

Very responsive, communication was 100%. Professional in ever way, would recommend. I would not recommend the listing agent Daniel at all no communication what so ever. Lists the property and forgets about you.

Very helpful very knowledgeable about the area very helpful in telling us all the bits and bobs that we needed to know. Very friendly easy to talk to and pleasant and happy person to be around. Took the stress out of buying a new home.
