Krystin Trewin

I couldnt have asked for more with Krystin. Her knowledge, positivity and communication were fabulous. She was always accessible and prompt with return phone calls. I admire her patience in this market.

A huge thank you for helping us sell our house, including your excellent advice, handling buyers, clear communication, and always keeping everything on track. We were pleased to appoint Matt, yourself and your team as our agents to sell our home.

Krystin was very professional over the course of the sale, she knows the Torquay market very well. Great communication, efficient and personable. An honest, no nonsense agent who let us know how offers were going promptly even over the weekends, we recommend Krystin and the McCartney team.

Easily the most genuine and authentic agent I have dealt with over many sales of properties. She was honest and accurate with the property value, and managed to get that value and more! I received frequent updates on market movement as well as thorough feedback after every open in regard to the numbers through and whether here was genuine interest or not. Krystin made a potentially stressful process easy and stress free. Couldn’t be happier…would definitely recommend! Thanks so much Krystin

Right from day one Krystin Trewin was honest and upfront about valuations and costings, never tried to over value to get the listing and turned out to be spot on with sale price as valued. I got a phone call from Krystin after every inspection outlining the people that attended and was kept fully informed of everything going on. Krystin organised the staging of the property, the garden maintenance and just made the whole process super easy. Fantastic job Krystin - Thank You!

Considering I did not give prior notice, Krystin made herself available to show the property to me giving me an informative and detailed viewing without me feeling at all pressured for not making a prior appointment. I have since made further requests for access and to view the property and Krystin has willingly made herself available to accommodate me. Krystin has also been able to provide prompt answers to any questions and requests I have put forward.
