We walked into the house Krystle had on display, as we were viewing one next to it. We had seen it advertised previously, but didn't feel we could afford it. Krystle was very up front in telling us that the Vendor had two serious offers already, so there was no pressure, and we appreciated her honesty, for both us and the Vendor. So we only had a casual glance around, feeling the property was as good as sold. We explained our current situation with an un-conditional settlement pending on our own property. Sometime in the next week or so, Krystle contacted us, letting us know the state of the other offers, so we placed an offer, subject to the settlement of our un-conditional sale. We were offered a chance to make an offer, which we did, and it was accepted. We are surprised as anyone that we are now purchasing a beautifully presented property. Naturally there were countless questions we threw at Krystle, visiting the property twice more to get more measurements and a feel for the property. As both my wife & Krystle will tell you, I am very demanding to deal with. Particularly on such a huge purchase and lifestyle change. Nothing has fazed her. Any information I needed, I had, if not the same day, the day after (even when she was away or on a weekend). I could go on and on about how helpful Krystle has been, but once you meet her, or deal with her, I assure you, you shall quickly form the same opinion we have of Krystle. There is no better Estate Agent anywhere that can match or surpass her skills, professionalism, honesty and friendliness. As I sit here writing this, I am awaiting Krystle's recommendations on local cafes, seafood and butcher shops in the new area we are to call our home. If there was a knock on my door, in opening it to find Krystle there, she would be quickly welcomed inside, to enjoy a chat and a glass of wine together. She has that sort of appeal and personality.
