Although communication was good with Kuldeep, I would not buy a property from him in the future. There were items fixed to the property and he himself had told me they were staying, he did not stop the previous owners from taking items that should have been left. I fought for the items but he sided with the previous owner and allowed them to take the items. The sign was up much longer than it needed to be. I took it down myself because it still up more than a month after I purchased the property. The sign was still up weeks after I moved in. I had questions about the property after I had moved in and he no idea how to answer my questions so he went to the previous owner and they were not helpful. It is his job to get the answers. Again I would not buy from him again and I would not recommend him to anyone.
