In the end, it ended up being a complex sale with tenants who did not want to vacate, a buyer who wanted the house immediately, and an inconsistent seller(!). Luke managed the entire affair with easy grace, and was sympathetic to everyone's needs. I cannot rate NGU higher for their proactive, thorough work.
