Working with Kurt and Sarah to sell our property made the entire process stress free. Their strategies and timeline were spot on, with a clear and concise plan from day one and multiple open homes in the first week to open the property up to as many potential buyers as possible. This approach created real competition and momentum and resulted in multiple offers. Negotiations were effortless, Kurt was always prepared to overcome objections and challenges. He was incredibly responsive with his communication, no question was too small. Always helpful and available, and stuck to his word. Our property sold within the first week and settled within a month, for a record price for similar properties.
