I started with Kyle Spinks as the selling agent who was a very positive person and had the property for a few week - however due to him moving to another role he facilitated my property being handed to Will Johnson who was equally positive above the property. Both were excellent in their communication with me. It was Will who convinced to invest (I was initially reluctant) to spend on improvements to the property which ended up paying for itself and some, as the property was quickly sold for a better price than I had anticipated (even factoring in the improvement costs). So thank you Will for talking me into doing that!
