Very happy with Kylee. She was always friendly and positive. We tried to sell with tenants still in the unit and when that didn`t work we appreciated Kylee`s feedback who suggested the untidy tenants affected the presentation. Once the tenants had left we repainted and used a great stylist who Kylee recommended. We had 2 offers within a week of it going back on the market and achieved a better price than what we hoped for.
