There is no-one else in Morningside or surrounds you should use to sell your home Kylee is the best. Local knowledge, fast, professional but at same time down to earth and realistic. Always contactable and prompt follow up. Kylee's photographer also produces the best photos (so good I almost didn't want to sell). Whilst I detest the excessive home styling going on around the marketplace, my house was empty so it was worth the expense. Kylee's recommended stylist was great and it was a very smooth process without the over styling. My home sold after first home open at the price recommended. I should say I cold called Kylee as she had sold a friends unit in 4 days, and 2 Townhouses in my complex. All in all couldn't be happier with the sale and Kylee's work. I have already referred a friend!
