Experience with Kylee Harnisch – Buyer Perspective Although Kylee Harnisch represented the seller in our transaction, I was still very impressed with her professionalism and approach. She maintained a respectful and balanced approach throughout, ensuring the process moved forward smoothly for all parties. In particular, and why supported us in making an offer almost immediately, was her advocacy and market knowledge - this was evident from the outset, she was well-informed about the property and the neighborhood, which made decision-making so much easier than previously experiences. Even though she was not my agent, Kylee’s communication was prompt, clear, and courteous. She coordinated open houses and private inspections with great care to both us and the sellers, and provided necessary documentation quickly, and kept everything on track. From a professionalism standpoint, Kylee handled negotiations and the contract phase with integrity and attention to detail, and was always respectful and fair to me as the buyer.
