Hi, i bought a place in Bowen a few years ago, Not knowing the area well i needed someone local to look after the house i bought. After looking at what was available in Bowen, i decided on Mcrae Real estate Both Kylie and Rob made me feel comfortable about renting it out through them. I was always kept in touch with during the years, and my house was kept very well. Due to things changing i decide that a move to Bowen was not going to happen for me. After talking with Kylie we decided to put it on the market. Kylie was always confident of a sale and a good price. This was achieved and we settled yesterday. I would have no hesitation reccomending them to anyone looking for a local agent with great knowledge of the area. Thanks Dave
