Our experience with Kylie was incredibly disappointing. Her sales approach, honesty and professionalism were quite frankly terrible. We have tried to review our experience only to have it challenged every time, followed by constant messages, threats and insults. We were initially disappointed by the sales result but now we are more so with Kylie’s behaviour, response to our realestate.com review and her complete lack of accountability and integrity. I think I’ve just proved my point with the agents response below. All my husband wanted, was for Kylie to stop harassing us. It was constant and completely inappropriate. I had to block her phone number due to the incessant texts messages I was receiving. My husband is very much in agreement. My comments are a recount of what we experienced and very factual and true. As a business owner, we are privy to not great reviews from time to time, but we take them in our stride and do our best to improve. We only hope that in the future you can do the same.
