Kylie was very professional in providing information regarding the property in a timely manner and was well informed about the property when questions were asked. Attention to details was much appreciated and when Kylie didn't have the information requested readily she followed up and got back to us quickly. Thank you Kylie for managing the transaction very well.
She was always responsible and knowledgeable.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, but our experience was made so much easier thanks to Kylie. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and great to deal with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt supported and well-informed. It was clear she prides herself on getting the best outcome for everyone involved. A truly genuine person who goes above and beyond — highly recommended.
Kylie was incredibly helpful in getting me into my first home. She was open and honest throughout the process, and kept me updated on our progress the entire time. Her warm and friendly attitude made the home-buying process enjoyable and stress free for me.
Kylie’s marketing skills were excellent got the full price always communicating with the seller and buyer.
Nancy and I chose Kylie Bezzina as the selling agent for our home of over forty years based on a chance meeting when Kylie was appraising a neighboring property. We have been impressed by her professional yet relaxed and friendly approach. Kylie made herself familiar with all aspects of our property. Despite her efforts our property had negatives which were not attractive and it took two years to find the right purchaser. Throughout this time Kylie did far more than could be expected to support us through the process. She was there to assist us though our clearance sale. Through Ray White Upper North Shore Kylie facilitated the tenancy of our home on two occasions to a charity assisting women escaping DV and was sensitive to their situation. Kylie took every opportunity to show interested parties over the property, highlighting the strong points while legitimately addressing concerns over the negatives. Kylie had good contacts within the industry and was prepared to partner with any other agent who might have a suitable buyer. Kylie kept us informed and continuously corresponded with prospective buyers to encourage their interest. She shared with us the disappointment of having a buyer pull out at the last moment. When the same buyer reappeared over a year later she was diligent in ensuring that the buyer was genuine. Kylie worked with our solicitor to avoid any unreasonable request by the purchaser and to ensure the process went smoothly. Throughout the long process Kylie has show concern for our personal welfare acknowledging the stress the sale was causing and our wish to move on. We are grateful for the determined effort she has made on our behalf. We had added confidence knowing that Kylie was backed by her colleagues at Ray White Upper North Shore. Her hard work and professionalism was tempered by her personal approach and easy going manner. We felt comfortable having Kylie as our agent and wish her well in the future.
Kylie is a very hands on agent with total control across her brief. From our first encounter Kylie could answer every question we raised without hesitation and displayed total knowledge of the property. Feedback was timely and her negotiation skills are exemplary. Kylie is very personable and we felt she has a level of compassion that you don't often encounter. Kylie obtained an outcome which, we believe, was satisfactory to both parties. We would recommend Kylie without hesitation.
Kylie has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. Supporting us at auction and is very easy to contact when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone buying or selling.
Kylie Bezzina and the team at Ray White were fantastic to work with. Kylie went above and beyond throughout the campaign and achieved an excellent result at auction. She put her heart and soul into styling our property and into each and every open home. * Agent interest
From the get go Kylie presented with flair and sincerity. She displayed a sound knowledge of the local market and prepared us for, and guided us with, the many steps needed to bring the house to market. She carefully managed our expectations regarding the sale price both before and during the three weeks that the house was on the market. She worked tirelessly during that period and negotiated a final sale price well above initial offers. We were satisfied with the result. Most importantly, Kylie's friendly disposition left us in no doubt that she was always batting for our home team. I have no hesitation in recomending her services.
Kylie was very competent and kept us up to date at all times she was very approachable and easy to deal with
Our experience with Kylie was incredibly disappointing. Her sales approach, honesty and professionalism were quite frankly terrible. We have tried to review our experience only to have it challenged every time, followed by constant messages, threats and insults. We were initially disappointed by the sales result but now we are more so with Kylie’s behaviour, response to our realestate.com review and her complete lack of accountability and integrity. I think I’ve just proved my point with the agents response below. All my husband wanted, was for Kylie to stop harassing us. It was constant and completely inappropriate. I had to block her phone number due to the incessant texts messages I was receiving. My husband is very much in agreement. My comments are a recount of what we experienced and very factual and true. As a business owner, we are privy to not great reviews from time to time, but we take them in our stride and do our best to improve. We only hope that in the future you can do the same.
