She displayed a lot of enthusiasm for our place, highlighted some matters we could address and her interest convinced us there and then to list. From thereon she kept in regular contact and provided updates as and when, not getting hopes up too early, utilising the resources of Seaview to achieve a sale. The sale arrived much sooner than we anticipated and we didn't need to worry about a thing; just sat back and signed whenever we needed to (!)
