She was extremely professional and informative in answering my many questions as we are based in CQ and were not able to physically view the unit. Kylie offered to do a FaceTime call from the unit if that helped that same afternoon as everything was selling on the GC and I didn’t want to wait to long in deciding. After that FaceTime call my wife and I decided put in an offer and after some negotiating we purchased the unit. Even after the sale during the settling process nothing was an issue and Kylie was a great help with nothing being a problem.
