This purchase ended up being a difficult and drawn out process through no fault of Kylie, but rather the lack of response/communication from the conveyancer and the sellers. Kylie went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and keep me updated with communications - even if she was unable to get hold of either party, she let me know where things were up to. I would not hesitate to recommend her to both sellers and purchasers as she has delivered exceptional customer service. She would respond to my texts of any evening and on a Sunday which some other agents don't do.

I originally contacted Kylie to give me an appraisal on a property that I was thinking of selling. She gave me a figure verbally, then followed up with and email confirming her appraisal and saying she would wait to hear from me. It was another few months before I contacted her to say I was almost ready. She spoke to me the next week and said she had someone who was looking for a property like mine and asked if I was interested in letting them have a look. The property settled eight weeks later without ever being on the market. Kylie is very good at her job!
