Kylie went above her role as an agent. We live a distance from this property and Kylie kept us informed on the progress of the sale. Kylie communicated with relatives who live in the area and arranged for quotes for painters etc for the property. Would thoroughly recommend Kylie - thanks heaps Kylie. I originally contacted Kylie to give me an appraisal on a property that I was thinking of selling. She gave me a figure verbally, then followed up with and email confirming her appraisal and saying she would wait to hear from me. It was another few months before I contacted her to say I was almost ready. She spoke to me the next week and said she had someone who was looking for a property like mine and asked if I was interested in letting them have a look. The property settled eight weeks later without ever being on the market. Kylie is very good at her job!
