With public movement restrictions in place, open homes cancelled and a downturn in the market, Kylie still managed to sell the property within 4 weeks at the expected price! It was implied that I didn’t need to get a building inspection as the resort looked after the outside of building. I found out later this was not the case. After moving in I have reason to believe there had been a major flood in this villa. Under kitchen sink smells disgusting and also in the bathroom and. Little hall area. I’m worried this is going to cost me a fortune to fix. It would have been picked up in an inspection. Kylie was really lovely, but was definitely working for the vendor
