The only negative I have is that Kylie assured us that the lawns would be mowed but when I rang her to say it had not been done she proceeded to tell me there was no requirement for the lawn to be mowed. However her personal guarantee that it would be done was not followed through. This was very inconvenient for us as we live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. my husband had to drive into Launceston especially to mow the lawn. We weren't very happy with that.
