Rob and Kylie were great help through at times a tricky sale. Always available, informative(local knowledge is excellent). Would Happily work with them on either a sale or sell.

Kylie was helpful and attentive to our need sand wants during the inspection process. Unfortunately the contract and section 32 were not sent as she had indicated, but this may have been due to the availability of the documents. The 90 day settlement period that she had indicated was possible, did not eventuate and we settled for the 120 day period. (again this may not have been her fault but our beliefs at the time was that the 90 day settlement was possible). In summary we are still happy to have purchased the property (at a higher price than we had expected) and we will be contacting Bowman & Company should we require Real Estate services in the future.

Conducted the negotiations with great understanding and delivered the required result.
